   Olivado cooking oils make a good case here saying that you should switch from whatever cooking oil you are currently using and switch to Ovocoado Oil. The benefits being that you can lower your cholesterol, a smoke point of 491 to 520 degrees and the potential to help you lose weight! Studies have shown that using ovocado oil can indeed help you lose weight or lower your cholesterol. If you are skeptical about making the switch, it says here that you are invited to try the owner's 45 day cholesterol challenge, place an order for a bottle of avocado oil, take one tablespoon a day for 45 days every morning, and if your bad cholesterol does not balance and or drops, return the unused amount and you will be refunded the full amount. There is a large variety of oils, with over 15 to choose from! I have personal experience with some of Olivado's Oils, and I do not regret making the switch!
